These recipes below will help you navigate through this cold & flu time of year with a bit less stress, cleaner environment and ease of breathing. 

     

Eucalyptus Steam Room Diffuser Blend

     This blend will transform your home into a relaxing day spa and will take you to a place of serenity. Eucalyptus is a great essential oil to use during cold and flu season because it helps fight air borne bacterial and helps keep your airways flowing. 

     In your diffuser, add:
  • water to fill line
  • 3 drops of Eucalyptus oil
  • 2 drops of Lemongrass oil
  • Diffuse to keep air clean and airways flowing

Fresh & Spicy Diffuser Blend

     This blend has a warming effect due to the spicy essential oils. This is a great blend for winter cold & flu season because it will not only keep your home pure, but warm too. 

     In your diffuser, mix:
  • water to fill line
  • 4 drops of Ginger oil
  • 3 drops of Clove oil
  • 2 drops of Black Pepper oil
  • Diffuse to keep your home warm and pure

Citrus Cleaning Trio Diffuser Blend
